Fin Faim French Bistro, a new concept from “Abi Saab Brothers” opened in Byblos on January 8th, 2018. They renovated their family restaurant in a total new look and concept, featuring a contemporary French cuisine with a wine cellar. Abi Saab Brothers have taken upon themselves the responsibility of not only continuing their family’s restaurant success but also expanding its legacy. In summer 2017, Fin Faim shut its doors for a full renovation. Joseph and Gloria Abi Saab are retired and have paved the way for their children. Nathalie, Bernard and Richard decided to revive the family’s restaurant with a fresh look and feel. They worked tirelessly for almost 7 months to deliver a 120 square meter eatery that can seat 85 persons inside and 24 on the patio.
