Full Steam is now being established in Tromsø, in Bangsundbrygga (old student house Driv) just behind the Coastal House. We guide our guests through the important story of Skreifisket in Troms county, from boat to export, the history of dry fish. Here our guests get to taste different flavors from Skreien, real caviar, dry fish, cod, cod tongues and, not least, our soon-to-be World Famous Tromstoddy, which consists of spirits and with cod as mixed water, nam nam.
