Fresh Seafood is bought daily from local suppliers and displayed, giving the customer the choice and cooking preference. Our chefs are specialized in selected Sri Lankan, Western, Japanese Thai and Chinese styles allowing customers a wide choice from different regions. At our sushi bar we only have the best quality tuna, salmon, modha and range of exciting new rolls are available including, volcano, tempura, crispy salmon skin and temakis to name a few. Breads are baked in house daily including, traditional “roast paan” which has quickly become a favorite. With a rustic décor, homely ambiance and fresh quality seafood we aim to please at “OFF THE HOOK”
