In the beginnig of the 70's one of the most popular places in Yerevan was Temurnots, a beerhouse located near Cascade on the Tamanyan & Isahakyan str. crossroad. The beerhouse was founded by Temur in 1962 and was named as Temurnots afterhim. the regular customers of the Temurnots were students of the Arts and Drama University who, having received their stipend payments, would immediately head off to the beerhouse. Temurnots speciality was a dish called "Temur's dish" which was a delicious sausage with potatoes fried in a black frying pan, spiced with red pepper, served with draft beer and pickles. Temurnots closed in 1978 and since then its regular customers have cherished a dream to see it re-open. In our days Temurnots is a restaurant that is perfect to meet friends, relax with a family, or to have a quic lunch, everyone can find something that he would like in our menu.
