Lento is a fully plant based restaurant in the heart of Hasselt, where you can come and enjoy all the good things nature has to offer. And by that we do not only mean salads ... We make it our mission to show that a vegetable menu can also be very Burgundian and especially tasty. So Lento is not only for vegans and vegetarians, but for everyone with a conscious lifestyle. We would like to let you taste original and creative dishes that are also healthy, sustainable and ethically responsible. Above all, it is about us that everyone can just have a nice and pleasant moment with friends or family and can enjoy delicious snacks, hearty dishes and a nice drink. Lento is Spanish and means "slow". That (hopefully) does not mean that you have to wait a long time for your food with us, but that means taking a step back from the bustle of the city and everyday life, and taking a moment for yourself.
