We produce our own dry aged steak. Matured for weeks, it opens up a completely new taste experience. Meat maturation is the controlled storage of raw meat. Meat becomes tough soon after slaughter and then has little taste. Proper storage and maturation make it tender, aromatic and digestible. Our meat is matured for you in the in-house ripening cabinet.
