Every morning we go to the local markets and make our selection of the most tasteful fruits, vegetables, meat and seafood. We personally take care of the cleaning and disinfection of herbs, vegetables & fruits. Additionally we try to stay away from artificial flavors wherever possible. Lemonades, orangeades as well as orange juices are natural (if available on local markets). Our bread, burger patties, crèmes & salsas are all handmade. The meat we receive daily comes from a local farm. All animals are hold free range and are grass fed. Vegetarian guests will easily find a variety of 100 % meat free dishes by looking for this sign: (V).
