Restaurant Belvedère is one of the oldest restaurants in Gouda and has been around for more than 150 years. We have been located on the beautiful old market square in the heart of Gouda since 1868. As a Gouda restaurant, we try to collaborate a lot with other local entrepreneurs and suppliers. This has the great advantage that we work with local products and give our dishes their own character. It is also fresher and better for the environment.
