The Thar and Feather offers a unique lodge style dining experience 7 days a week and features a cosy open fire to keep you toasty in the winter months and an outside dining courtyard for your summer dining. The menu features some wonderful southland dishes including our delectable seafood chowder and succulent blue cod. In addition to the classics we have our famous in-house smoked meals. Including BBQ ribs and chicken wings (or if you can't decide get our combo!) We have a unique build your own steak meal or try our always popular rolled pork belly (complete with crackling!) Those with a sweet tooth might like to try our creamy créme brulee or one of our in-house made cheesecakes. For the kids we offer a main and dessert combe deal. For a special price they can choose a main and dessert. Options range from our BBQ bacon cheeseburger to salt and pepper fish bites to our very popular smoked chicken and bacon fettuccine. For dessert let them loose with waffles or mini donuts.
