Flemings Silver Grange House is a historic Georgian house and restaurant, built by one of the prominent merchant princes of Cork, a local wine importer. It was purchased in 1989 by Michael and Eileen Fleming who set about restoring it. After meticulous refurbishment and under the guidance of chef patron Michael, it is today considered one of Cork’s dining institutions. Located in the leafy suburb of Tivoli Cork, it is surrounded by five acres of garden where vegetables and herbs are freshly harvested. The timeless décor and original ceiling frieze set the tone for a contemporary French dining experience. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, suitable for any occasion, from a romantic meal for two to a corporate or private family occasion. Michael, Eileen and their children delight in sharing their beautiful home with guests from far and wide.
