Our pride is fresh fish. In Groll’s Tavern, fresh fish dishes occupy the first page of the menu, which is called “Catch of the Day”. The catch depends on what kind of fish the fishermen caught the day before. The fish that we prepare for our guests lives in the waters of the North-West region: pike perch, whitefish, pike - from the Ladoga, Onega or Peipsi lakes. Catfish, halibut and flounder, which are caught in the Barents and White seas, come twice a week from the port of Murmansk chilled.
