Wine boutique and gastronomic restaurant overlooking the Fontanka. The kitchen is supervised by the famous Spanish chef Adrian Ketglas, and his dishes can be safely called a model of the modern "scientific" approach to gastronomy. In the wine list - more than a thousand varieties of wines from the company Simple; the atmosphere is subtle, with elements of a futuristic design. Until 2016, the institution was called Grand Cru.
