The Georgian restaurant Gulivani is on course for authenticity: It's not just the Georgian interior and music, but the chef is also a real Georgian. Georgian cuisine is prepared exclusively according to national traditions: lobby, husbands, adjapsandals, satsvi, khinkali, khachapuri, kutabs, chahokhbili, kebab "12 kinds", chihirthma... Straight from Georgia they bring beans, spices, Svan salt, adzhika, tkemali plum, sheep cheese, tea. The pride of the restaurant Gulivani is that dishes do not practically adapt to the "Russian" taste: they are not made more fresh. And this should not scare: Georgian cuisine is tender and fragrant, not hard spicy, not excessively spicy.
