Established in 2014 by two passionate entrepreneurs, Manuela Prugnoli (co-founder & Executive Chef) & Florence Gambarota (co-founder & CEO). It started off as a dream of bringing authentic Italian cuisine to the shores of Sri Lanka whilst staying true to their principles of using the freshest local ingredients and upholding the warm, sociable elements of Italian hospitality.
