In the fall of 2018, 30 years after that evening at the Granö hot dog stand, we opened the doors at Grano in Vasastan, Gothenburg. Here we want guests to enjoy high-level cuisine in a casual setting without white tablecloths and tough waiters - whether you want to just end the day with a glass of red and pizza or enjoy a four-course dinner.
