At Tegel, we do not carve things in stone, although much of our identity is based on we live in an old brick machine house. What is inside our walls among exposed roof chairs, traverses and paintings is what really matters. We like to surprise and experiment with the flavors of the season from different parts of the world. This means that we do not care much about menus.
