The location is in a great spot sitting right next to the tram. The beer is decently priced for the location right on the water. Tables with "regular chairs" and more comfortable wicker chairs and couches invite you to sit along the water while enjoying a glass of wine or beer Soothing music from jazzy artists, shady spots and full-on sunny spots too.....and if it's too cold, they also have heat lamps.
