Taube (Dove) is a restaurant serving very good quality traditional food at reasonable prices (by Swiss standards at any rate). The dining areas are small, quaint and cosy in character. The wait staff are very cheerful, efficient and speak several languages. Food is very good. This restaurant has both inside and outdoor seating near the river. This is a quaint restaurant right by the river serving traditional Swiss and German foods. Great restaurant with local specialties and indigenous regional atmosphere. Very good and friendly service and amazing cuisine. Good place to get traditional swiss-german food at reasonable (for Switzerland) prices. Try the Rosti. Also, Mac & cheese with potatoes for you carb fix.
