BEEF meat & wine — Meaty, Masculine, Multinational Restaurant. Opened in 2010, the restaurant was twice recognized to be the «Best Ukrainian Meat Restaurant» Alberto Foyo, an architect of the restaurant, is a professor of architecture at the Columbia University (New York). Restaurant guests find BEEF’s design to be spacious, laconic and honest. The main speciality of the restaurant is meat. It is cooked on a four-meter Parrilla grill and in a wood-burning stove. For steaks BEEF uses the marbled meat from the organic farm Creekstone Farms (Kansas, USA). The restaurant opens every day at 9:00, serves its famous steaks and complements them with wines from the vast enoteca until the last customer leaves.
