Prime cuts from American grain-fed cattle are offered alongside Australian Wagyu and the steaks are cooked on a chargrill; succulence and great flavours are guaranteed. Tartares are made at the table for a bit of theatre and there’s an assortment of other top produce too, from Atlantic lobster to whole sea bass.
