1847 is a national collection of restaurants that specialise in plant based, vegetarian cuisine. Established in 2011 by damien davenport, 1847 has grown and developed a strong following who’s taken to this modern approach to dining. Stylish Scandi design to our interiors, classic Ibiza tunes, attentive, friendly service and above all fresh, seasonal ingredients make up each of our sites. Behind the scenes, we also work very closely with our great team of people to supplier and encourage them in their careers. We offer great training and development opportunities plus benefits unheard of in the hospitality sector. We’re on a mission to continue our growth into new cities across the UK and we’re keen to hear from our supplierers directly as to where you’d like to see us.
