Here you can enjoy a menu based around traditional British favourites created with a modern twist. The menus (found at the top of this page) are often inspired by what our chefs source locally, including fresh fish and the best produce that the surrounding Sussex farms have to offer. The Garden Restaurant is home to breakfast, lunch and dinner and there’s always a lively buzz of conversation. Across the Great Hall from the Garden Restaurant you’ll find the Cocktail Bar and lounge, where you can enjoy a pre-dinner drink and peruse the menu of whichever restaurant you chose to visit.
