In the most exclusive seaside resort in Uruguay, between beaches and pine forests, Chef Jean-Paul Bondoux has recreated a corner of his native Burgundy. In a residential neighborhood of Punta del Este, surrounded by a magnificent garden, he offers authentic French cuisine made with products from his farm: zucchini flowers stuffed with poultry or roast leg of lamb with aromatic herbs. “My kitchen is attached to the land. I like thyme, bay leaf, sage, garlic, onion, tomato, everything that comes from the ground ”. In the store, French products are the protagonists: brioches, croissants and cheeses that you will not find anywhere else in Uruguay.
