At the beginning of 2011, after a few Chicurean roasts (those that after dinner lasts whole afternoons, the grill is turned on more than once and the wine is uncovered a few more times), three friends and neighbors philosophized about the nostalgic Chicureo of the 90s ´s. That Chicuero where the distance from the city forced us to meet with neighbors, organize walks, plan lunches every weekend, varying the hosts. Good food has always been an important part of these scenarios. We remember the hidden competition that existed between the different “comadres” for those who prepared the best salads and desserts and among the men who cooked the best meat. Nostalgia to feel those moments again is what gave us the idea of creating a new meeting point. Make a family restaurant and also to share with friends, with a menu that captures young and old. Always oriented to rescue that spirit that we miss so much, in a warm, friendly, welcoming environment. It is from that memory, values and sensations that the Pizza Bistrot was born, which offers original recipes of pizzas and French bistrot-style cuisine on its menu. We sincerely hope that Pizza Bistrot will be a meeting point for families, neighbors, long-time friends and those to meet.
