“The corner building where retro and contemporary design go hand in hand with beautiful stained-glass windows, that's the place to be. In this relaxed establishment, the local public likes to be seduced by the versatile market cuisine. Chef Plat is proud of his vegetables (extensive vegetable menu available) and lets them participate in fresh dishes that he likes to give a Mediterranean twist to. His choices are sometimes even naughty, but always spot on, such as that great vinaigrette of shallot and white wine with sweet and salty sea urchin with monkfish.
