An exciting new dining venture has just opened, in Teatro Mall, called Brasserie Louis and has a French chef, whose Polish wife creates the desserts, including hot souffles and fondants. Waiters are still undergoing on-the-job training, but a professional contingent from the Philippines is awaiting visas and will join them shortly. The ambiance at lunchtime is light, bright, and pleasant. Outdoors dining on the balcony overlooking Teatros central lounge is available, and there are plentiful dining spaces inside with two rooms for families, one for singles and a third room for private dining if required.
