Get out of trouble! "The French Bakery" is a school. We train young disadvantaged Vietnamese to bake pastry. In just 20 months, our students learn to knead bread, make all sorts of pastries; at the end of their training, they work in the most prestigious hotels in Vietnam. The products on sale in our tea room - bakery are prepared daily by the apprentices. The proceeds are used to finance their training and daily life at the Thuy Xuan orphanage in Hue. Since its creation in 1999, the school has helped more than 70 young people to integrate into professional life. They are now a dozen every year to follow the training.
