Ernesto was born in Naples (Naples) in southwestern Italy. His father was a small farmer and grew wine on his land. The mother made various goodies, which she sold in the markets around Naples. From the age of 7-8, Ernesto had small jobs at bars and restaurants in his home region. Since then he has been loyal to the industry. As a 15-year-old, the adventure drove him to France, then to Germany and Denmark. With interruptions to military service in Italy, he worked at various pizzerias in these countries all the time.
