The restaurant is next door to the Riad Ouliya. It was inspired from the kayed Bezari’s family who lived in the Riad about six centuries ago. The main dishes are the typical Fez specialties. The four different wives also inspired us to create a menu as it was served around 1400. Our Chefs are well known in the culinary industry in Morocco. They do offer cooking classes to other Chefs nationally and Internationally. They also hold beginners classes for some of our guests to learn a few basic dishes to make. We also bring Chefs from the southern part of Morocco to improve our dishes and to add new specialties.
