Taksim Bursa Kebab was founded by Kazım Erdem who came to Istanbul in 1939. Kazım Usta started his career with Bursalı Kebapçı masters and continued on his own since 1960. Kazım Usta, who managed to become one of the sought-after Bursa Kebabers in Istanbul, opened another branch in the beginning of the 1970s and presented his famous kebab to the taste enthusiasts. Kazım Usta, who has prepared and presented kebabs with care for years, has trained innumerable masters over time.
