In 1988, the remodeling and adaptation of the premises located at Chiclana 125 in the city of Bahía Blanca was carried out, where the CONFITERIA-HELADERIA "LA CHIARA" began operating; In the same period, the facilities of the "LA CHIARA" ICE CREAM FACTORY were built, located at 664 DARREGUEIRA street, for sale at the Chiclana premises, (currently Chiclana 105). Since its inception flavors were formulated with the highest quality of raw materials, hygiene standards, safety and authentic craftsmanship, which meant a quick recognition of the product. The primary objective for La Chiara through the years has been to maintain the initial premise of offering a truly artisanal product with the highest quality raw materials.
