In our restaurant we only work with local products and a seasonal, gourmet tasting menu is served. Vegetables play an important role in the kitchen from the start of BAK (in 2012). We work with fixed menus. There is no à la carte. We can take vegetarians, pregnancies, gluten or lactose intolerance into account and allergies to some products, as long as they are not too invasive. We would like to hear this in advance.
