  1. PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER

The controller of personal data is ALL T&M spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Wrocław at Legnicka Street 28/82, 53-673 Wrocław, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Wrocław – Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0000443040, share capital of PLN 5,000.00, Taxpayer Identification Number (NIP): 8971786438.


  1. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending a newsletter, pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 letter f) GDPR, i.e. legally justified interest of the Controller, i.e. direct marketing of products and services.


Provision of personal data is voluntary, however necessary for the purpose of sending the newsletter.


  1. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Recipients of personal data include entities rendering services, such as hosting, IT service and sending of the newsletter, as well as entities authorised to collect data in accordance with the law.

Categories of your personal data that we process:

  1. first and last name,

  2. name and data of the company,

  3. e-mail address,

  4. telephone number

  1. RIGHTS

You have the right:

  1. to access your data and to receive copies thereof,

  2. to rectify (correct) your data,

  3. to delete your data. If you thing there are no grounds for us to process your data, you may demand that we delete them.

  4. to limit the processing of your personal data. You may demand that we limit the processing of your personal data exclusively for the purpose of storing them or performing actions agreed with you, if, in your opinion, your data that we possess are incorrect or we process them illegitimately; or you don’t want us to delete them as you need them to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; or for the period of the objection you have raised against processing of your data.

  5. to object to processing of data:

,,Marketing’’ objection. You have the right to object against processing of your data for the purpose of direct marketing. If you exercise this right, we will stop processing your data for this purpose.

Objection due to specific circumstances. You also have the right to object against processing of your data on the basis of legitimate grounds, other than direct marketing, and also when processing is necessary for us to perform tasks realized in the public interest or to exercise public authority we have been entrusted with. You should then show us your specific situation which, in your opinion, justifies discontinuation of processing covered by the objection. We will cease to process your data for these purposes unless we prove that the grounds for processing by us of your data are overriding in relation to your rights or that your data are necessary for us to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

  1. to transfer data: You have the right to receive from us your personal data you have delivered on the basis of the agreement or your consent in a in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (e.g. ,,.csv’’). You can also mandate us to send such data directly to other entity.

  2. to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority. If you think that we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint to the President of Personal Data Protection Office or to other competent supervisory authority

  3. to withdraw consent to process personal data. You have the right at any time to withdraw your consent to processing of personal data that we process on the basis of your consent. Withdrawal of the consent shall not affect compliance with the law of processing effected on the basis of your consent prior to the withdrawal.

  1. PERIOD OF STORING YOUR DATA

We store your basic contact details for the purpose of direct marketing of our products and services until the time you object to the processing of such data for this purpose, withdraw your consent, if we processed them on the basis of the so-called marketing consent or we find that they have become obsolete.
