Hriňovská dairy KOLIBA was established in 1993 as a private company processing milk mainly from Podpoľanie. Nowadays Koliba focuses on the production of semi-hard ripening cheeses, traditional butter and dried dairy products. Since 2015, KOLIBA has been processing whey for further production of dried products such as lactose, dried WPC protein, dried permeate and protein bars.
