Savola is one of the biggest oil producers with olive oil grown in the Aegan region and Savola became the highest olive oil company in 2017. Moreover, Aegean Exporters' Unions awarded the export record of 2017 to Savola. In the year 2017 Turkey caught (captured)103 % export increase and Savola was among the first 10 companies that made the highest contribution to this success with its exportation in packaged olives and in packaged olive oil catagories
