The Toschi company was born in 1945 in Vignola (MO) from the idea of Giancarlo and Lanfranco Toschi to package the famous Vignola cherries in spirit to be enjoyed throughout the year. In almost seventy years of life it has vastly expanded the range of products that today range from spirits to liqueurs (Fragolì, Mirtillì, Nocino, Nocello, Lemoncello), from syrups to semi-finished products for confectionery and ice cream (Topping for garnishing, bases for ice cream, etc.) up to Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI. THE COMPANY'S OUTLET IS OPEN ALL TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS AFTERNOON FROM 4.30pm TO 6.30pm. Toschi is famous all over the world for sour cherries in syrup and for witty fruit. Fragolì is a liqueur with hand-picked wild strawberries.
