637/5000 The Sociedad Familiar Vinagres de Yema, S.L., is based in a wine cellar complex in the center of El Puerto de Santa María. In 1992 he was offered the opportunity to acquire an important existence of old soleras and vintages of Sherry Vinegar. With the discovery of this culinary treasure, the idea of setting up a company dedicated exclusively to the elaboration, aging and bottling of unique and very select vinegars, which immediately found great acceptance throughout Europe, and especially in the Gourmet sector of France. Today they are sold on five continents within the most prestigious stores.
