Next, the hazelnuts are sorted and graded according to their respective quality and size. Depending on each order, they are then shelled, grilled, crushed, grounded... For this purpose,CIRAV GIDA DIS TIC.LTD.STI. uses a complex of the most modern machinary, at present employing 150 workers at TRABZON Organized Industrial Area with 12.000 msq whole and 10.000 msq coverde area. The machines daily processing output is 250 tonnes of inshell hazelnuts.Founded in 1940 by Mr. Cirav with control being passed on since then from father to son.This succes has not come about by chance but comes from constantly improving on know-how and from the desire to supply its clients with the best hazelnuts available.
