In 1972, a family-owned bakery company was founded in beautiful Podlasie, in Szumowo. It was here, on the basis of traditional recipes, that Jan Rokicki began to produce bread. In 2000, the bakery was moved to Zambrów. Currently, son Krzysztof has transformed the company into a modern plant with many specialized production lines. Only the recipe and bread production philosophy has not changed for customers looking for healthy and tasty products. In 2016, a new product was patented - a crispy snack made of wheat, wheat-rye and wholemeal bread.
