Founded in 1934 by Richard Bürger, the company has been producing regional and supraregional pasta specialties of the highest quality for 85 years. In 1960, Erwin Bihlmaier, who joined the company in 1947, took over the business. There are now citizens in the third generation. Today, around 900 employees produce about 330 tons of food per day at the two locations in Ditzingen and Crailsheim in Baden-Württemberg. Approximately 2.5 million ravioli leave the production sites every day.
