The Água Doce restaurant chain was founded by Delfino Golfeto in Tupã, in the interior of São Paulo, in 1990. Currently, there are approximately 80 units. The menu is extensive, full of Brazilian culinary delights served in generous portions and dishes. In addition to the extensive menu of cachaças and drinks, the house is recognized for the best escondidinho in the country, present in traditional versions (sun meat), shrimp, chicken and cod.
