The Chili Shack was started by two friends who wanted to bring the taste of the real American Chili to Ireland. The Chili Shack started life as a little shack on wheels that toured around festivals feeding the masses before moving to Galway in 2016. Now, it's opening it's new store in March 2017 in Dublin. We make simple, good old fashioned, honest comfort food. Over a year ago, The Chili Shack boys brought that same deliciously comforting chill to our new home in Galway City. We set up shop on Abbeygate Street and everyday we're meeting amazing new people who come to enjoy the delicious food and vibes. Now we're bringing that same amazing Chili Shack experience to the people of Dublin. Our new digs in Prussia Street are almost ready, the staff are cooking away and we can't wait for you all to come in and experience everything The Chili Shack has to offer.
