On February 14, 1996, the Restaurant La Lluna de Valencia opened its doors. Date that we all remember in a very special way like the day of Friendship or the day of Love. In remembrance of this day of love, the Lluna restaurant in Valencia was put to the restaurant. Our elders, when someone was lost, in love or in the clouds, told him: "You are in the Moon of Valencia". This restaurant, located among the coffee plantations of the Barva volcano, was installed in a house in the town of La Máquina, in San Pedro de Barva, Heredia, with more than 110 years of history. Many years of work, stories and magic accumulate on its walls and wooden floors. The Restaurant was born as a gastronomic, intercultural and artistic experience.
