Dashi means "taste" in Japanese. So, this is what we choose to do, things at ease and with pleasure, with an oriental spirit and a Buenos Aires heart. DASHI was born in 1998 as a school (because we also had to learn). In charge of the same, Mrs. Angelica Iwama was the director. Not satisfied with that, we opened our first delivery in 1999 in Aguilar and Cabildo. We discovered great potential, and despite the risk involved, we pioneered a new activity for us. Our final goal has no limits regarding the care of our product, and we condition our growth to maintaining our quality standard.
