Since I Lotus Restaurant made its debut in 2004, it has become, quite simply, the standard by which all other Chinese cuisine is judged because we are a firm believer in quality. Thus, fresh ingredients are purchased daily from the market and featured as seasonal or daily specials in the restaurant. Our art of cooking is based on the authentic Asian philosophy of using the best seasonal ingredients to produce the most delicate of flavours. Over the years, many dishes have steadily become popular favourites with our diners. The distinctive and enchanting flavours of our many dishes are well loved must haves for our customers. Though none more so than our signature dish, the Coconut Prawn. This is notably one of the restaurant's highlights - it features tender pieces of fresh prawns accompanied with freshly prepared daily coconut prawn sauce. To fully appreciate the taste of the Coconut Prawn sauce we recommend dipping the sauce with our freshly steamed or fried homemade Hot Bun. Our Chef and his team are constantly creating new dishes that have impressed critics and customers alike.
