In Japanese the meaning of kira kira is "The light of the stars". The Kirakira restaurant was born in 2018 looking for a different concept to the "traditional" sushi restaurant. We merge the culinary techniques of ancient Japan with our own creations, looking for the most original and surprising flavors. Our way of understanding the kitchen is from respect to the techniques and the product.
