Mim Kemal Öke, one of the most lively streets of Nişantaşı, is now hosting a museum based on Japanese cuisine. The Naomi Sushi Bar, which opened in the past months with the motto of "We Love Sushi", offers its guests a brand new sushi experience. Naomi's chief Peru kitchen, which soon became the local sushi maker, blends the Far East kitchen with its fusion flavors. Naomi's seafood-based menu carries traces of a fusion cuisine that transcends the normal state of the sushi and is enriched with its own sauces.
