The tiny little restaurant Time Bistro will bring you back to Saigon 1960s. Visitors will be impressed by the romatic atmosphere with elegant and simple style which is close to your heart. Time Bistro is decorated by the lights made from loofahs. The old Saigoneses use this to wash dishes. Loofah lights hanging on the ceiling means the respect for kitchen chores of women. This is one of the ancient traditional Vietnamese culture. Light wies are pulled up like pupas gliding out their protective cocoons. This symbolizes for the brand new establishment of our restaurant. Light hanging pole is made from hundred year old wood with the hope that Time Bistro will have long lasting prospeity.
