Est Est Alea is a tasting restaurant in Parktown North Johannesburg by Chef Dario De Angeli, and is the evolution of Cube Tasting Kitchen. Est Est Alea was born out of the idea of constant evolution in a fine dining experience. Dario is a perfectionist by nature and someone who wants to push boundaries when it comes to dining. After owning and running Cube Tasting Kitchen successfully for the past 8 years, it was time for a transformation. Est Est Alea has been almost a year in the making to ensure the perfect dining experience, coupled with food exploring all facets of taste, texture, plating and serving style, in an environment that is inimitable to round off the perfect meal.
