OroNero Bar & amp; Ristorante: black gold and fine Italian cuisine! In translation from Italian "oro" means gold, and "nero" is black. The restaurant designer Henry Cheban from Blue Sky Hospitality was inspired by the mineral wealth of Azerbajan, as well as Italian luxury and energy that can be found in art, fashion, vintage cars, jewelry, dishes and wines. In each of the hotel's restaurants you can find interesting art-installations. The designer explains this by the fact that the interior not only has to bring aesthetic pleasure, but also should make the guests use their imagination. One of the most interesting art installations of OroNero Bar & amp; Ristorante is a magnificent sculpture of sturgeon - "Golden Beluga". It is made of carbon fiber, steel, gold-plated 24-carat gold, and also from titanium auto parts of Formula 1 racing cars. In OroNero Bar & amp; Ristorante you can taste pizza with a variety of fillings, mouth-watering lasagna, salads, exquisite meat and fish dishes, soups and melting desserts in your mouth. Chef of the restaurant Giovanni Tavolaro advises guests to try his signature dish - "Risotto OroNero". This is the only restaurant in Baku where a risotto with squid ink and octopus ragout, decorated with food gold, is served. Gray everyday life with their vanity and misery dissolves outside the restaurant windows, immersing guests in the beloved Italian atmosphere "dolce vita".
